Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analysing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering actionable insights that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business needs and requirements to support strategic objectives. Utilize data-driven insights to recommend improvements and solutions.
- Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Translate these requirements into detailed specifications for development teams.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate current business processes and workflows. Identify areas for optimization and propose enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams. Ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Project Management Support: Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting. Support project managers in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Testing & Validation: Develop and execute test plans to validate solutions and ensure they meet business requirements. Participate in user acceptance testing and resolve any issues.
Technical Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is preferred.
- Familiarity with business process modelling and management tools. Understanding of software development lifecycle and IT systems.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
