Seeking an experienced SaaS Sales Manager with 5+ years in enterprise software sales. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution
- Collaborate with the executive team to define and execute business strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify market opportunities, develop strategic plans, and prioritize initiatives to drive growth.

- Develop and manage budgets and financial models to monitor costs and revenue streams.
- Analyze financial performance, provide forecasts, and recommend actionable insights for improvement.

- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
- Identify bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and resources.

- Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate information sharing, project management, and issue resolution.

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics (e.g., revenue growth, customer acquisition costs, churn).
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership, highlighting opportunities, challenges, and progress.

Educational Background
