Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Product Manager with experience to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision.
- Collect and analyse feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products.
- Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD).
- Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
- Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision.
- Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users.
- Develops the business case for new products, improvements to existing products, and business ventures.
- Product Manager duties include delivering a differentiated product to market that addresses a market need and represents a viable business opportunity.
- Prioritizing product features and capabilities.
- Defines the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Technical Skills
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
- Experience in product lifecycle management.
- Background in software development is required.
- Familiarity with Agile framework.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Creative thinking skills.
- Demonstrated success in defining and launching products that meet and exceed business objectives.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent teamwork skills.

- B. Tech/BE degree
