Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Product Manager with experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering successful outcomes that align with business objectives and drive organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify new opportunities and areas for product differentiation.

Requirements Gathering & Prioritization
- Translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear, actionable product requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features based on business impact, feasibility, and customer value.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Engineering to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning.
- Align with Customer Success to incorporate feedback and refine product features continuously.

Product Development & Delivery
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept to final launch.
- Run or participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, retrospectives) to maintain an efficient development process.

Stakeholder Management
- Communicate product vision, roadmap progress, and release updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Champion product initiatives across the organization, ensuring clarity and buy-in at all levels.

Performance Measurement & Analytics
- Define and track key product metrics (usage, adoption, churn, ROI, etc.) to measure success and inform improvements.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize product features and user experience continuously.

Customer & Market Feedback
- Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and partner with UX/UI teams to improve product usability and functionality.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to anticipate changes in customer requirements or competitive landscape.

Risk Management & Compliance
- Identify and address potential risks (technical, compliance, market) that may impact product success.
- Ensure product features and processes comply with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., data privacy, security protocols).
Technical Skills

Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s/MBA is a plus).

Product Management Experience
- 3+ years of experience in product management for SaaS or technology platforms (enterprise-level product experience is a plus).
- Proven track record of delivering successful products from concept to launch.

Technical & Industry Knowledge
- Familiarity with SaaS business models, cloud technologies, and subscription-based pricing.
- Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering teams and translate these into business impacts.

Agile Methodologies
- Experience working in an Agile development environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, UX/UI).
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Trello, or similar).
