The problem
What breaks in critical operations today?
Most enterprises have adopted AI. Few can prove it works or deliver the promised ROI. Pilots multiply, tools fragment, and boards keep asking the same question: where is the value of the AI-native enterprise?
Tool sprawl, not transformation
Point AI tools bolted onto legacy operations create more dashboards, not more decisions made faster.
Autonomy without governance is a liability
Boards are asking how AI decisions are approved, audited and controlled, not just how fast they run.
Mission-critical cannot be experimental
Telecom networks, sovereign infrastructure and regulated operations need deterministic behaviour, not best-effort AI.
Our approach
Engineering the AI-native enterprise operating system.
The intelligence layer is, in effect, the operating system of the AI-native enterprise: one governed layer that runs operations across every aspect of the business, transitioning the enterprise to future-ready operation.
We are an enterprise transformation company first. The platform, domain intelligence fabrics built on a shared governance and orchestration foundation, is how we deliver that transformation at industrial scale, not the product we are asking you to evaluate on its own.
Autonomous · Governed · AI-native · Unified data & ontology
Enterprise transformation to AI-native.
Governed, explainable AI orchestration and actioning. One unified system of intelligence, not a patchwork of point tools.
Reduce tool sprawl through a connected ecosystem.
Unified systems of interaction align your teams instead of fragmenting them across a dozen dashboards.
Production-hardened engineering, not a lab demo.
Built by people who have run systems at scale, with governance and compliance baked in from day one.
Human-in-the-loop by design.
Human oversight is built into the overall architecture and delivery design.
We adapt to you, not the other way around.
Production accelerators, studio interfaces, and connectors tailored to your domain, not a rigid template you bend around.
No vendor lock-in.Your IP stays yours.
The studio interface gives your team full flexibility to customise, extend, or take ownership of the solution independently.
Sovereign and air-gapped ready.
On-prem, private cloud, or fully disconnected. Your data never leaves your control, proven at national-security scale.
Time-to-value in weeks, not years.
Accelerators cut typical 12 to 18 month SI timelines down to initial value realisation within 60 to 90 days.
One data foundation and shared ontology.
DataByte and the knowledge graph give every fabric the same governed data spine: 2,000+ connectors, lineage-traced pipelines and one semantic model, so intelligence runs on unified data rather than copies of it.
An engineering-led transformation partner, not a tools vendor.
We built and exited a platform business serving Tier-1 carriers and MSOs before founding VisionWaves, so the operating system we build is shaped by having run mission-critical operations ourselves, not by studying them from the outside.
VisionWaves exists because we watched enterprises accumulate AI capability across fragmented tools and disconnected data, with no unified foundation beneath it and no way to govern what the systems did once they acted, and watched transformation programmes stall for the same reason every time: no deterministic path from signal to approved action.
Our delivery record spans sovereign AI programmes, global telecom operators, and regulated enterprise environments where "mostly working" is not an acceptable outcome.
Platform architecture
Domain fabrics. Shared foundations. One governed plane.
The VisionWaves platform is a family of domain intelligence fabrics, NetSingularity, Opstral and Entroid, built on shared foundations: x101 for autonomy and DataByte for data, with a governance layer that applies to all of them.
The operating model
What is governed autonomy?
VisionWaves makes AI explainable to your compliance team, your auditors, and your board, and operable by your engineering and operations teams. Every product runs on the same governance architecture: permissions-aware, deterministic where required, fully audited, and governed from end to end through a six-step operating model built for regulated enterprise environments.
Investigate
Continuously monitors signals, telemetry and events across every connected system.
Correlate
Connects signals across domains using accumulated operational memory and enterprise-specific reasoning built over time.
Propose
Surfaces recommended actions with confidence scores, full reasoning, and cited evidence.
Estimate confidence
Every recommendation is risk-classified and confidence-scored so the right level of human judgement is applied.
Humans approve
Where policy, regulation or risk threshold requires human judgement, a named approver decides.
Automation executes
Action taken under policy, fully audited, cited to decision, with rollback available.
One operating model. Every product. Every domain.
Operating maturity
The autonomy maturity ladder.
Operational autonomy runs from L1, where people read dashboards and do everything, to L5, where the system extends its own operating envelope from evidence. VisionWaves targets L4: the system resolves events on its own inside a defined authority model, and escalates anything outside it.
L1
Manual
Human detects, diagnoses and acts
The operation is run by people reading dashboards. Systems report what happened; diagnosis and action are human work.
L2
Assisted
Human diagnoses and acts
The system surfaces and prioritises events, but a person decides what they mean and what to do about them.
L3
Recommended
Human approves and acts
The system diagnoses root cause and recommends a resolving action; a person approves and executes.
L4
Governed autonomousWhere VisionWaves takes you
Human governs; system acts
The system resolves events on its own within a defined authority model, escalating to a person only when an action falls outside its permitted scope.
L5
Self-improving
Human sets policy; system adapts
The system extends its own operating envelope from evidence, with each expansion of authority reviewed and approved rather than assumed.
Focused domains
Where the intelligence layer meets your industry.
VisionWaves serves four industries: Telecom & Networks, Energy & Utilities, Banking & Financial Services, and Industrial & Manufacturing. All four run critical operations where an unresolved event has physical, financial or regulatory consequences.

What is VisionWaves?
VisionWaves is an engineering-led enterprise transformation partner that delivers governed, autonomous AI across mission-critical operations, through domain intelligence fabrics built on shared foundation platforms and one governed intelligence plane. Every autonomous action runs inside an explicit governance model with defined authority, recorded evidence and a rollback path, which is what lets a board sign off on autonomy in operations that cannot be experimental. The platform is a family of domain intelligence fabrics, NetSingularity for networks, Opstral for enterprise operations and Entroid for the enterprise, built on two shared foundations: x101, the AI orchestration brain, and DataByte, the data intelligence foundation. VisionWaves serves telecom and network operators, energy and utilities, banking and financial services, and industrial and manufacturing organisations, and deploys the same platform to the cloud, a customer's own VPC, on-premises or fully air-gapped. Engagements begin with a scoped Proof of Value run against a real operational problem, so the first thing a customer sees is evidence, not a roadmap.
What is governed autonomy?
Governed autonomy is autonomous operation inside explicit limits: the system acts on its own, but every action has a defined authority to act, recorded evidence for why it acted, and a rollback path if it was wrong. It is the difference between an autonomous system you can deploy in a regulated environment and one you cannot. In practice it is a six-step operating model. Authority defines what the system may act on without asking. Evidence is recorded as the action runs, not reconstructed afterwards, so every decision can be reviewed by a regulator or an auditor. Rollback means any action can be reversed by design. Around those three, the system investigates an event, correlates it across the systems involved, proposes an action with an estimated confidence, and hands anything outside its authority to a human to approve. The result is autonomy that expands as trust is earned rather than autonomy switched on all at once, and it is the same model on every VisionWaves product.
Which industries does VisionWaves serve?
VisionWaves serves four industries: Telecom & Networks, Energy & Utilities, Banking & Financial Services, and Industrial & Manufacturing. They share a profile: continuous, mission-critical operations where an unhandled event costs money by the minute, a regulator expects an audit trail, and best-effort AI is not acceptable. In telecom and networks, NetSingularity leads, detecting, diagnosing and resolving network events before a ticket opens. In energy and utilities and in industrial and manufacturing, Opstral leads, applying the same governed autonomy to plant, asset and production operations. In banking and financial services, Entroid leads across enterprise operations where compliance and evidence matter as much as speed. Every deployment runs on the same x101 and DataByte foundations and the same governance model, so what is proven in one industry transfers to the next without being rebuilt.
How do engagements with VisionWaves start?
Engagements start with a Proof of Value: a scoped 8-week engagement run against a real operational problem, in the customer's own environment and on the customer's own data, with exit criteria agreed before work begins. One operational domain is chosen, a baseline is measured, and the platform is run against it so outcomes are compared with that baseline rather than with a demo. Governance is part of the proof from the first day, including the authority limits, the evidence record and the rollback path, because a pilot that skips governance proves nothing about production. If the exit criteria are met, the engagement moves to a Platform License, which takes the proven domain into production, and from there to an Enterprise Partnership, which extends governed autonomy across further domains on the same foundations. Each step is a decision the customer makes on evidence.
Start with a Proof of Value.
Run VisionWaves against a real operational problem, with exit criteria agreed before the engagement starts.
